Life happens, and I totally understand! If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes, but please note there might be a small rescheduling fee depending on the timing. There is no refund or rescheduling if cancelled within 3 days of date.

Once you’ve completed your survey and paid the $50 matching fee, you’ll be added to the matching pool. Since we’re dedicated to ensuring thoughtful and genuine connections, the matching process may take up to 1 year, depending on the pool of participants. If clients are in the pool for a long period without being matched, periodic updates will be given to ensure you know I'm still searching for your date. For example, I may update you on the number of active participants, success stories, or even offer a “check-in” survey to see if anything has changed in your preferences. If you haven’t been matched within a year, I’ll contact you to discuss your next steps. If you wish to continue being in the pool after this period, there will be a new *discounted* matching fee to ensure we’re still working toward a quality match for you.

If the matching pool is smaller than expected, I’ll keep you updated on the status and ensure you're still in the pool for a match. I will also work to expand the participant base and let you know if any changes occur. Patience is key, and we’ll keep the experience exciting!
