Cancellation Policy

1. Session Details: A mini session is a shorter, 15-30 minute photoshoot, perfect for capturing a few key moments. Mini sessions are offered on specific dates and times throughout the year. All mini sessions are pre-scheduled and non-customizable in terms of location and timing. 2. Booking and Payment: All mini photoshoots require 100% retainer at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. Payments are accepted via [credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.]. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Cancellations: All retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your session, the retainer will be forfeited. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new time, but rescheduling is subject to availability. In the event of rescheduling, your deposit can be applied to a future session within 6 months. 4. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session, and no refunds will be provided for lost time. Please arrive on time to ensure you get the full experience. 5. Image Delivery: You will receive your edited photos in a digital gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session. The gallery will contain 10 photos from your session, with the option to purchase additional images or prints if desired. 6. What to Expect: Mini sessions are typically [outdoor/indoor] with a specific backdrop or theme. You’ll have [X] minutes to capture your photos, so please come ready to go! 7. Additional Information: Mini sessions are non-transferable and are only available on the designated dates and times.
