Cancellation Policy

Photography Booking Policy By booking a session, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. Your session is not confirmed until this payment is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. 2. Session Coverage All sessions are based on selected package deliverables (number of edited images and optional video), not on a specific time limit. Session length may vary depending on the type of shoot and conditions. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed per booking. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if proper notice is given. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a new retainer to rebook. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time to avoid impacting other scheduled sessions. 5. Image Delivery Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the stated turnaround time. RAW/unedited images are not included. 6. Creative Style By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the photographer’s style and agree to allow creative control during the session and editing process. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for arriving prepared, including outfits, props, and ensuring all participants are ready. The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative subjects or missed shots due to lack of participation. 8. Usage & Rights The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights and may not sell or alter images without permission. The photographer may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. 9. Liability The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including weather, location restrictions, or unforeseen issues. In the rare event of equipment failure or emergency, liability is limited to a full refund of payments made. Booking a session confirms that you have read and agreed to this policy.
