Eligibility:
- Live within 60 miles of Decatur, Tennessee.
- Be fun, outgoing, and comfortable in front of the camera.
Ambassador Benefits:
- Discounted creative photoshoots
- Receive $25 credit for each referral that leads to a new booking.
- Appalachian Lens t-shirt (you can choose the color!).
- Promotion and exposure on our platform and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in scheduled photoshoots.
- Share and promote your photos and experiences on your social media.
- Tag and mention our brand in posts related to the program.
Content Usage:
- All photos taken during the program may be used by our brand for promotional purposes.
- Ambassadors grant permission for their likeness to be used in marketing materials, including online and print.
Conduct:
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
- Represent our brand professionally and responsibly.
Termination:
- Participation can be terminated by either party at any time, but there are no refunds.

How many photos do I get?

Regular sessions include 30+ photos.
Is a print release included in your packages?

I don’t include a print release with my packages — instead, east package includes a print credit for high-quality professional print options once your gallery is complete to ensure your images look their absolute best in print. Printing through me guarantees accurate color, sharpness, and longevity, which typical consumer labs can’t always provide. I want your images to be just as beautiful on your walls as they are on your screen — and that level of quality is something I personally stand behind. That said, you’ll still have full digital rights to share online and keep your images forever!
What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards, Klarna, Affirm, and offer flexible payment plans.
Do you require a retainer to schedule a photoshoot?

Yes. I require a 35% retainer to put you on my schedule. The retainer is non-refundable.
How far do you service?

East Tennessee, North Georgia, and beyond! There is a travel fee for locations over 50 miles outside of Decatur, TN [37322] and also Cumming, GA [30040]. For births, I travel up to one hour from Decatur, TN.
Do you have a client wardrobe?

Yes, and it's included with every package.
Do you have a studio?

I do not have my own studio, but there are many to choose from to rent.
How long are you on call for births?

I'm on call starting at 38 weeks.
