Brand Muse Application

​​1. Services

Photographer agrees to provide photography services as outlined in the selected session, which may include:

• Portrait, maternity, motherhood, couples, branding, or styled shoots

• 15 + digital photos delivered per photoshoot

• Creative direction and guidance throughout the session

2. Payment & Pricing

• Session fees are due as agreed upon prior to the session

• Payment plans may be available if specified in advance

• Discounts, Brand Muse rates, or package pricing are only valid when explicitly stated.

• Fees are non-refundable, except as noted in Section 10 (Cancellation/Rescheduling)

3. Scheduling & Location

• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement

• Client agrees to arrive on time and prepared for the session

• Locations may be outdoors, private property, or studio spaces

• Photographer is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or location access issues

4. Client Responsibilities

• Participate fully and cooperate during the session

• Follow any safety instructions provided by Photographer

• Notify Photographer in advance of any special requirements, conditions, or concerns

5. Image Delivery & Usage

• Photographer retains copyright to all images

• Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use images for personal purposes unless a commercial license is purchased

• All images may be used by Photographer for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Client agrees not to alter or edit images without Photographer’s permission

6. Brand Muse or Collaboration Sessions (if applicable)

• Participation may include discounted sessions, creative input, and access to styled shoots as agreed

• Brand Muses agree to share images, tag Photographer, and represent the brand positively

• Participation in these programs is optional and by invitation only

7. Conduct

• Client agrees to maintain a respectful and professional attitude during all sessions

• Any disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund

​

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Photographer requests that client provide at least 48 hours notice for reschedules

• Photographer may reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions (including weather), in which case a new session date will be offered

9. Liability

• Photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during sessions

• Client assumes responsibility for any property damage caused during the session

​

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time with written notice.

• In the event of termination, paid fees are non-refundable.
